Considering the economic logic of territorial planning, the project places the water transport as an event in the city. Located on the Haixinsha island at the heart of Canton, the new harbour is envisioned as a multi-modal platform, integrating different mobility and logistical modes, connecting to the main city axes and adapting to its different soils.
