How can the design of the tower building evolve and adapt to changes in urban practices?
The assumption behind the project is that human flow - that of people moving through the city, on foot, by bicycle, by aerial or underground metro - becomes the main subject of the design of public and collective space. In the World Expo 2010 district, this space shaped by the flow of human energy is used to sculpt the bases and verticality of new tower buildings, housing a multiplicity of functions.
