How to build on the existing large mobility infrastructures? How to create new typological programs in connection with the numerous structures present in the dense urban fabrics of Asian metropolises (elevated highways, bridges, viaducts, etc.)?
The idea behind the project is the construction of a horizontal tower: developed along and above the engineering structures, it includes several urban polarities, linked by the ribbon of mobility infrastructures. Located in the Central Station neighborhood, this "bridge-tower" is situated between several key districts of the city and frees up vast areas of parks and gardens at its feet.
