Research on Collaborative Planning of Urban Underground Space Development

Year
2019-2022
State
Ongoing

Based on the conclusion of the comprehensive resource evaluation, the management and control requirements of stratified zoning planning of the entire urban underground space are put forward. In view of sustainable development, this research balances the protection and development of underground resources, so as to study the demand analysis method of multi-functional urban underground space development. In that case, this research coordinates the relationship between over ground and underground, different levels of underground space, and the development sequence. Meanwhile, the integration and reservation of new area, as well as the connection and coordination of redevelopment of old area are taken into consideration. On account of the research of shallow underground space (0-50m), it focuses on the collaborative planning layout and construction sequence of deep underground space (50-200m) development, in order to propose the vertical hierarchical utilisation model of underground space in key areas. Furthermore, the emergency disaster prevention mode of urban deep underground space is drawn from the perspectives of shelter planning and evacuation mode.
