Hailed as the exotic architecture clusters in the Bund of Shanghai, Hengfu Area features the largest scale, the most heritage architectures and the fullest historical landscape. Here, you can see English style country houses mixing Chinese and Western elements, twin French-style garden houses hidden between short roads, and Spanish Baroque-style apartments. "Shencheng Li" was built in 1930, which is a large and well-preserved new Shikumen alley in The Hengfu area, and has been rated as the fifth batch of excellent historical buildings in Shanghai. We believe that history permeates every lane in Hengfu area, even between every brick seam. Throughout the process, residents were interacted with through workshops. I hope that the history of this area can be integrated into the daily life of the neighborhood. Let the design bring greater happiness to the people living here, and let them experience the pride and identity of living in the historic area.
