How to densify high-rise housing areas? What place for new urban agriculture programs within them?

In the Bund district, six recently built residential towers are organized around a garden that is inaccessible to the inhabitants: the project proposes to design, in the heart of the block, a multifunctional building housing a hotel and greenhouses intended for agritourism and learning about new urban ecosystems.

The pedestrian circulation is organized on several levels, from the heart of the block to the banks of the Wangpu River, with a careful treatment of the thresholds and borders between public and private spaces.
